WTC Learning Park The Learning Park: Laying the Foundation for the World Trade Center Legacy

On August 20, 2025, the foundation stone was laid for the Learning Park, the education tower of the World Trade Center, marking the beginning of a futuristic era for Kozhikode. The World Trade Center Learning Park will comprise a 2.14 lakh sq. ft. tower that includes multipurpose halls, lecture halls, flexible office spaces, a modern library, a 450+ seat amphitheatre, food courts, a cafeteria, landscaped outdoor areas, a buffer zone, reception lobby, pre-function area, outdoor plaza, studios, co-learning spaces, and other general amenities.

The Learning Park is envisioned as a stairway to international education. It is not just a namesake tower for institutions but an incubator to develop new learning systems. The Learning Park will be a next-generation space designed for students, educators, and self-learners alike. Individual institutions can establish themselves here, while competitive learners, such as NEET, IIM, and IIT aspirants, as well as knowledge seekers, can access everything in one place, providing vast exposure to students.
