HiLITE Group Honoured with Dual Wins at Times Business Awards 2026

HiLITE Group has been recognised as Real Estate Brand of the Year at the Times Business Awards 2026, marking a significant milestone as the Group celebrates 30 years of shaping Kerala’s urban and economic landscape.

Over the past three decades, HiLITE Group has played a transformative role across retail, residential, commercial, education, hospitality, healthcare and leisure sectors. This recognition reflects the Group’s sustained commitment to excellence, innovation, and aligning its developments with global standards, and contributing to the state’s growth. The award was received by Ms Nima Sulaiman, Director of HiLITE Group, and Mr Mohamed Fazeem P, CEO of HiLITE Builders.

In addition to this prestigious recognition, HiLITE Boulevard was honoured as the Emerging Retail and Lifestyle Destination at the same event. The project, India’s first-of-its-kind waterfront retail destination, continues to redefine the retail experience in Kochi.

Distinguished by its high street format, HiLITE Boulevard places strong emphasis on leisure and curated food experiences, while also introducing Kochi’s first structured late night retail and leisure environment. The development had previously received the Asia Pacific Property Award for Retail Architecture in 2024, further reinforcing its position as a landmark project. The award for HiLITE Boulevard was received by Mr Mohammed Shafeeq P, CEO of HiLITE Properties, and Mr Nijin Muhammed, Assistant Director, HiLITE Properties.
