Neka Sulaiman is a Director at HiLITE Group, bringing a strong foundation in finance, business management, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours) and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Neka began her journey with HiLITE through Hug a Mug, the Group’s home-grown café brand, where she gained practical exposure to operations, customer service, and team coordination. At the age of 20, she assumed the role of Director, reflecting her commitment to growth and innovation.

She currently leads HiLITE Group’s hospitality initiatives with the vision of developing 1,000 hotel keys across Kerala by 2030. Passionate about creating long-term value, Neka is focused on supporting the Group’s continued growth and expansion.
