The HiLITE Family came together for the All Staff Meeting 2026 at The White School International. The event began on a symbolic note, as employees gathered outdoors, holding balloons that represented the dreams and ambitions the Group carries forward. As the balloons were released into the sky, it marked a shared belief in limitless possibilities and the collective journey ahead.

The Chairman of HiLITE Group then addressed the gathering, outlining a bold yet clear vision for the future, developing 50 million sq. ft. by 2030. His words reflected not only ambition but also confidence in the team’s strength that will make it possible.

The leadership address continued with Director of HiLITE Group, Ms. Nasheeda Sulaiman, CEO of HiLITE Group, Mr. Ajil Muhammed, Director of HiLITE Group, Ms. Nima Sulaiman, and Ms. Neka Sulaiman. Each speaker shared insights into the Group’s direction, reinforcing the importance of unity, focus, and collaboration across all verticals.
