HiLITE Cyber Hub Groundbreaking Ceremony Held at Cyberpark Kozhikode

HiLITE Group marked a major milestone in its vision for Kerala’s IT sector with the groundbreaking ceremony of HiLITE Cyber Hub at Cyberpark Kozhikode. The ceremony was led by Chairman P. Sulaiman and witnessed the presence of the Group’s leadership team, project partners, and representatives from the Government of Kerala.

Strategically located within Cyberpark Kozhikode, HiLITE Cyber Hub is a next-generation IT development designed to support the growing demand for world-class office infrastructure. Spread across approximately 1.6 lakh sq. ft. and backed by an investment of around ₹100 crore, the six-storey development is designed to accommodate multinational corporations, high-growth startups, innovation-driven enterprises, and advanced R&D centres.

Once operational, HiLITE Cyber Hub is expected to generate nearly 2,500 direct employment opportunities, contributing to the expansion of Kozhikode’s technology ecosystem.

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together key stakeholders who will play a role in the project’s development and future success. The occasion marked the beginning of a project that combines modern infrastructure, strategic connectivity, and a business-friendly environment within one of Kerala’s emerging technology hubs.

With construction now underway, HiLITE Cyber Hub represents another step forward in strengthening Cyberpark Kozhikode as a destination for technology, innovation, and enterprise.
