HiLITE Group Hands Over Olympus Tower 1 at HiLITE City, Calicut

HiLITE Group has handed over Olympus 1, the first tower of HiLITE Olympus at HiLITE City, Calicut, marking another milestone in the Group’s vision for world-class, community-focused urban living.

Spread across 7.07 acres, HiLITE Olympus combines contemporary residences, extensive recreational spaces and green environments. Olympus 1 features 526 apartments across 33 floors, with more than 100 amenities and a terrace recreation space spanning over 40,000 sq. ft., one of the largest of its kind in India.

Designed around the idea of community living, the project brings all 938 apartments across two towers, with each tower featuring a single straight passage connecting the residences to encourage interaction and a stronger sense of togetherness. The development also incorporates sustainability and urban forestry into its design.

Olympus 1’s handover comes close on the heels of two other significant project completions by HiLITE Group, HiLITE Cypress and HiLITE Patras, emphasizing the Group’s consistent momentum in delivering premium residential spaces across Calicut.
