HiLITE Group Launches Its First Countryside Destination in Chemmad

HiLITE Group’s much-awaited HiLITE Countryside Chemmad was officially inaugurated by Chairman P. Sulaiman on June 19, marking the launch of the Group’s first Countryside format development and bringing a new retail and lifestyle destination to the region.

Developed as a modern destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and community experiences, HiLITE Countryside Chemmad introduces an innovative retail concept tailored for emerging towns. The project aims to bring organized retail, quality entertainment, and contemporary lifestyle experiences closer to the people of Chemmad and the wider Malappuram region.

Spread across nearly 3 lakh sq. ft., the destination features a curated mix of national and regional brands, Palaxi Cinemas, family entertainment attractions, a spacious food court, and extensive parking facilities, including an advanced mechanical parking system.

Speaking at the inauguration, HiLITE Group Chairman P. Sulaiman said, “Development becomes meaningful when it reaches people where they live. People should not have to travel far to access quality shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences.
