HiLITE Group Signs MoU for Kerala’s First Branded IT Park Project at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram

HiLITE Group signed a MoU for its new IT Park project at Park Centre, Technopark Phase III, on Saturday. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Electronics and IT; Shri Sandip Kumar IAS, CEO of Technopark; Mr. Ajil Muhammed, CEO of HiLITE Group; Mr. Mohammed Shafeeq P, CEO, HiLITE Properties; and Mr. Hanu Shelk, Executive Head, HiLITE Business Park.

The proposed IT Park in Thiruvananthapuram is being developed in association with YOO, an internationally renowned design brand known for its global portfolio of luxury real estate and design-led developments. This marks YOO’s first branded IT Park collaboration globally.

Planned across 5.18 lakh square feet on 1.88 acres at Technopark Phase 3, the development is expected to generate approximately 4,000 direct IT jobs, contributing significantly to Kerala’s growing technology ecosystem and supporting long-term industry advancement. The MoU signing comes just days after HiLITE Group announced its ambitious vision to develop 50 million square feet across Kerala by 2030, marking another important milestone in the Group’s expansion journey.
